Payment
We accept credit card or Paypal as payment for orders. Credit cards must clear the authorization process and are only charged before shipment. Payments through Paypal always charged at time of order.
Limited Product Warranty
We warrant Handson Technology Manufactured Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days following the date of delivery to you. We will replace, repair or credit you for any confirmed defective product at our option. Please contact techsupport@handsontec.com with any issues.
Products that are not manufactured by Handson Technology may, or may not, be covered by original manufacturer’s warranty and passed through to you. Please contact support to confirm warranty period prior to purchase.
Warranty will not apply if Product fails or is damaged after delivery to you due to accident, abuse or misuse.

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, we may link to sites operated by third parties. However, we have no control over these linked sites. If you use these links, you will leave handsontec.com, and we are not responsible for any content, materials or other information located on the linked website. If you decide to check out any of the linked websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Handson Technology’s “Be Excellent” policy
Handson Technology has a “be excellent to each other” policy for commenting on our web pages, posting in forums and how our support staff is treated. If we feel we cannot work together positively with a customer or viewers we may choose to suggest another supplier for your needs. We invite you to use our commenting platform(s) to engage in insightful conversations. We reserve the right at all times to remove any information or materials that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable. We might permanently block any user who abuses these conditions.
Shipping
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. When you place your order, please allow time for processing in addition to the time it takes for the box to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email or two with any tracking information available — you can check order status by logging into your account. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods!
Accuracy of Information
We attempt to ensure that information on handsontec.com is complete, accurate and up to date. Due to the large number of products we have, it is very hard to maintain documentation for every one. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that all information on this site is complete or up to date.
Privacy
We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses in your user account. For your security, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are not stored. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never, sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send you any unsolicited advertisements.
